The False Security Created In Different Neurogastroenterology Industries
Leaders have an Energy Crisis.
I'm not talking about the Renewable Energy Industry, though that has its Importance, too.
What I am talking about specifically is Human Energy.
In Science, they call it Mg-ATP.
It is how our Bodies Run.
We are at All-Time Lows.
Critically Low.
As Leaders and Organizations are Demanding More and More of People...
People (and Leaders) Simply Have Nothing Left to Give.
The Burnout Problem
The Term for having Nothing to Give for Long Periods of Time is...
Burnout.
Which Over 80% of the Workforce Currently Has.
A Statistic that has (Unsurprisingly) been getting Worse, Year after Year.
Also, please Do Not tell me that AI is going to be our Hero in the Human Energy (Mg-ATP) Crisis.
You're Off on Three Levels.
Why AI Is Not The Solution To Burnout
Second, there is No "Real" Evidence that this is going to Change "Anytime" Soon.
There are a lot of Words, Speeches, and Marketing to Convince Us Otherwise, and a "Lot" of Money being Spent in the Process...
But Talk is Cheap in Today's World.
I want to See Results, and currently, I have not seen a "Single" AI Solution that has Wowed Me in its Capabilities.
Some Specific Individuals who have learned to Prompt AI to a Good Degree, Sure.
But Nothing from the AI Itself.
Not that AI is "Useless", just that it is Nothing More than a Tool with a Few Effective Use Cases (And Many Useless Ways people are attempting to Utilize AI).
Plus, there are many AI Experts who are Claiming that, based on the "Process" of how AI works in "Reality", we will Only "See" Increasingly Diminishing Returns on Exceedingly Exponentially Ridiculous Costs.
I'm happy to be Proven Wrong, but I need to "See" even an Inkling of it.
Third, even "If" AI hits this "Next Level" called AGI, it still Does Not Solve the Real Problem.
"Humans" are on Empty.
Burnout is getting Worse.
The Common “Solutions” To Burnout Do Not Work
The "Common" Proposed Solutions, such as "Taking a Vacation" are Not Solving the Problem.
Largely because Most People Fail to Understand Human Psychophysiology (Which, admittedly, is Very Complex).
Burnout is getting Worse.
Now, there are Many Reasons "Why" we are seeing this.
But today, I'm going to Focus on One in Particular.
It has to do with Neurogastroenterology.
The Easy Understanding Of Neurogastroenterology
Now, to Simplify this, you can call it the Study of the Gut-Brain.
We have Neurons, which Think, throughout our Entire Bodies.
In our Bodies, there are Four Primary "Brain Systems" which Think Interdependently and in Different Ways.
Obviously, one of those is the Brain itself.
Our Gut-Brain is Another.
The Gut-Brain is Important because this is "Where" the Process of Energy (Mg-ATP) Creation Begins and is Focused On.
The Gut-Brain makes sure we get the Right "Ingredients" from our Nutrition to Ensure the Body gets Enough Energy (Mg-ATP) to Fully Function.
It Drives Us to Seek Certain Foods in Order to Get Missing Nutrients.
Plus, for "Many" People, their Gut-Brain is a "Constant" Source of Stressor that is completely Subconscious.
The Consequences Of Gut-Brain Stressors
As I always say...
All Stress Adds.
If the Gut-Brain is a Constant Stressor?
You have "Fewer" Stressors you can Handle in Other Parts of Your Life.
Including Work.
So, yes, this is Incredily Important to Work Success.
Plus, for Peak Performance, you "Need" Energy (Mg-ATP).
Period.
Without Enough Energy (Mg-ATP), you get Blocked from Flow States.
Flow is where we Perform our Best.
Now, this is where things get a bit Insideous...
The Insideous Truth Of Your Supplements
Do you believe you are getting All the Nutrients You Need?
Are you Sure?
The Multi-Vitamin Industry would Love for you to Believe that if you take their "One Pill" Covers "All" of your Nutrient Needs.
Which Nutrients are you getting?
Are you Getting...
Whole Food Vitamin C?
Not Citric/Citrate/Ascorbic Acid which are Completely Unusable in the Human Body.
Whole Food Vitamin A?
Which is Different from Synthetic Retinol, which is Also Unusable in the Human Body and Detrimental as Well.
Whole Food B Vitamins?
Another one where the Synthetic Version is Not Usable in the Body.
How about Vitamin D?
That was a Trick Question.
The Only Way to get Usable Vitamin D is through Sunlight, and All Synthetic Versions would be better called "Hormone D," which can take Years for your Body to Excrete while Causing Damage the Entire Time.
What about the Rest of Your Vitamins and Minerals?
How many do you even Know?
10 of them?
20 of them?
50 of them?
Do you know how many are Tracked by Nutrition Scientists in our World Today?
What percentage of the 150 Tracked Do you Know?
My guess is Less Than 50% of Them, and that is Being "Very" Generous.
But it actually gets Worse.
Do you know how many Nutrients are Documented (but Not Tracked) in Total?
26,625.
From the Scientific Article in Nature Food...
"Yet, more than 99% of the biochemicals present in food, many of which play a role in health and disease, are untracked by national databases, with the health implications of this largely unexplored nutritional dark matter remaining largely unknown. The absence of information on these untracked biochemicals could be responsible for inconsistencies in, and the irreproducibility of, published results as well as for missing health effects, and can also create spurious associations that are not replicable by meta-analysis"
Meta-Analysis is the "Highest" Standard of Scientific Research, which "Most" Food Studies "Never" Get To.
So, even if you "Knew" all 150 Tracked Nutrients...
You'd Still Know "Less" than 1% of All Nutrients that Exist in Food.
Which becomes a Major Problem for those Seeking to Improve their Energy (Mg-ATP) and Gut-Brain.
No Supplement is going to Give You Everything You Need.
Period.
Most Supplements Do Not "Actually" Contain what they Claim, and Worse, a Significant Chunk Contains "None" of what they Claim.
What Is Needed
If you want to Attain Peak Performance, you have to take your Diet Seriously.
If you want to Lead a Team of Peak Performers...
Energy (Mg-ATP) Levels Will Either Help or Hinder Team Performance.
But you will Have to go Further than a Multi-Vitamin to Get There.
